Answer: Carshen provides most complete and updated dealer reviews collected from hundreds of thousands of previous car buyers. You will feel completely confident to buy a car from a high rated carshen dealer.
Third, how can I get the lowest price from these high rated dealers?
Answer: Carshen provides the unique average sale price other people paid in the past three months in your area for a specific car model, you can take this carshen average price (CAP) as a reference. Carshen works by first looking for the dealers closest to you. After all, what could be better than finding a great deal in your local neighborhood? Then, we do all the hard work of "talking" to the dealers about the type of car you want and come back with a list of quotes and prices through Carshen "Buyer-Dealer" negotiation platform. From there, it’s up to you, the consumer, to decide what’s right for you. You can instantly give counter offer to your dealers or accept offers from dealers.
Unlike Kbb, Edmund or Truecar, Carshen dose not charge any commission or leads fee from dealers. This will motivate dealers to give the best price to our buyers. Normally Kbb, Edmund or Truecar will charge 300 dollars commission from their dealer for each car sold.

It is a "FACEBOOK" for car buyers and sellers.
All Carshen customers are serious buyers. Our customers pay $49.00 posting fee to post a car request on Carshen (For the first two car postings, we offer FREE service to buyers).
The Dealers that go through carshen open their rage of sales when signing up, dealers tend to get leads from out of town and still manage to make sales online. This is a great way to reach customers that are impossible to reach in a traditional way.
Carshen also serves as a "YELP" for all car dealers. Since each buyer will leave feedback for their dealers. The more positive feedback the dealer gains, the more cars the dealer will sell. Dealers can take these TRUE feedbacks as a good reference for their future potential customers.
Unlike Truecar, Carshen does not require dealer to provide their DMS customer sales data. Carshen does not charge any commission fee from dealers. It's a Free Service for both dealers and buyers.

Founder and CEO: Dr. Zion Shen
Dr. Shen is CEO and founder of Carshen Inc. He brings various technological innovations and business strategies into the online vehicle sales. Prior to founding Carshen, Dr. Shen successfully co-founded two other high-tech startups in Silicon Valley. Dr. Shen received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University in 2003 and his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing in 2000. He worked as senior software engineer in Cadence Design Systems from 2004 to 2007. Dr. Shen has seven papers published in major IEEE VLSI CAD Journals and conferences and holds a few patents on digital advertisement and web related areas.
Co-founder and President: Richard Lee
Richard Lee is president and co-founder of Carshen Inc. He is the CEO of Phaselink Inc., U.S.A and the President of Qnap Inc., Taiwan. Prior to founding Carshen, Richard Lee successfully co-founded AsusTek Computer (Symbol: AKCPF), the largest PC mother board manufacturer in the world. Richard had worked as a corporate sales manager for Acer for nine years before AsusTek.
Senior Business Advisor: Joseph T. Hsu
Joseph T. Hsu serves as senior business advisor for Carshen Inc. Before joining Carshen., Joseph T. Hsu is ex-CEO of Symbio Group, China. A pre-IPO software company across 13 offices and development centers worldwide. Prior to founding Symbio in 1994, he was Executive Vice President of IISI, an IBM joint venture. In 1987, with 100% funding by IBM, he helped found NeoTech Development Corporation (NDC), a software and firmware development company in Taiwan. NDC developed many of IBM's systems, including Netview, Banking Transaction Security System and OS/2 components. Mr. Hsu received his Master's degree in Economics from New York University and his Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taiwan University. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for a number of software and technology companies.
Corporate investment Advisor: Dr. Stephen Chiao
Dr. Chiao serves as the corporate investment advisor of Carshen Inc. Dr. Chiao is also a Partner of Sycamore Ventures and a Founding Partner of GreenStar Management Corporation. Since 2002, he has served on the investment committee for both SVC and AsiaStar investment funds. Over the last 15 years, Dr. Chiao has directed and advised eight successful IPOs with a combined market capitalization of over 3.5 Billion USD. He has also directed and advised on six successful merger and acquisitions with a combined sale value of over 500M USD. Prior to joining Sycamore, Dr. Chiao held various senior management & technical positions at Mosel, Gould/AMI, Hewlett-Packard and Varian Associates. He also advised several high-tech startups and investments in Silicon Valley. Dr. Chiao currently serves on the boards of ACM, AOI, Cleantech America, Corrigo, TeleNav, and Wafer Works. He also serves as a senior advisor to Green Energy Worldwide, illuminate, and Solargiga Energy. Dr. Chiao received his Bachelor Degree from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, his Master Degree from the University of Southern California and his Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
